The wearer can decide if they'd like the packer directly against their skin for full contact of to put the soft stretchy fabric between their packer and their body to prevent any tugging on skin. With a secure fit, feel free to move freely without fear the packer will shift, dislodge or fall out. We do not recommend this packing underwear to be worn for pack-n-play, dildos or with packers with a thick shaft. 

The open fly front design allows for easy access. Use Stand To Pee / STP packers naturally and with complete confidence. An additional elastic strap sewn inside pouch adds extra security.
