We wanted to build a better way for horny queers to find their new favorite toy!

Bedroom Besties was founded by three sex-obsessed friends who’ve known each other, inside and out, since 2016.

Virgin Chains - Chainmail craftsman based in Brooklyn/Philadelphia, Ric’s jewelry adorns many of our model’s beautiful naked bodies.  

Gigi’s Flair Emporium - You may have spotted The Magic Wand Earring in some of our photos but that’s only one of many glittery products Gigi creates. This Minneapolis Pin Queen makes enamel pins, patches, croc charms, stickers and more.

I bought a gift card but I haven't received it yet! Where is it? 

We have to send your gift card in a separate email which can take up to 48 hours (but probably less). Be sure to check your spam folder! If you don’t see it, let us know ASAP and we’ll re-send it. Gift cards are digital only, but you can print out the code and wrap it in a bow!

We currently offer affordable shipping to all 50 states! We strive to get your packages out ASAP! All items are shipped either USPS or UPS and tracking info is sent to you via e-mail. Most packages land on your doorstep in 5-10 business days. All packages are plain and discrete so you don’t have to worry about any nosy neighbors!

At check out Route | Green Package Protection is automatically added to your order. This will allow you to get your money back if your package is lost or stolen. If you delete Route Package Protection from your cart you will have to contact UPS or USPS to follow up about your package. In addition, if you choose Route they insure that all packages are carbon neutral through reforestation projects. Visit route.com/sustainability to learn more.

If you order multiple items your order may be sent in separate shipments depending on product availability. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Due to the intimate nature of our business, all sales are final. We don’t provide returns or exchanges on any products sold through our site, including lingerie. While we try to provide detailed and accurate item descriptions and sizing, we suggest you email us before ordering if you’re unsure about a purchase. 

All purchases are protected by a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. You must contact us within 30 days if something goes wrong with your toy. If the product is no longer available, we will refund you the cost of the product. 

Bedroom Besties doesn’t provide an extended warranty for any of our products. However, many of our manufacturers do and it will be noted in the original packaging of your item. If your product has a warranty, be sure to hold onto your proof of purchase! If you have an issue with your purchase after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty assistance..
